A Reminder. A Boycott. And A Poll.

Please scroll through all three sections today. The poll is at the end, and I want to hear from you.

In today’s newsletter, I want to address a common theme I’m seeing more and more often on Substack:

The regime is on the ropes. We’re winning. MAGA is falling apart. The release of the Epstein files will stop this crazy train.

While I believe it is important to celebrate every millimeter we gain, we are nowhere close to being done with these fascists.

Project 2025 was a plan to fully transform our government into a Christian Nationalist theocracy.

It aimed to privatize the federal government and concentrate as many former federal services as possible in the hands of regime-loyal billionaires, be they US-based or foreign, allies or enemies. DOGE still exists. It is the federal government now and will take more than an election to get rid of it. Should Democrats capture Congress in the midterms, we will have to eject everyone who came in with this government, prosecute everyone who participated and enabled this government, and make public examples of them. Up to and including commandeering billionaire assets gained through regime complicity. Nothing short of making repeated, painful examples of these people will be sufficient. Never lose sight of the fact that in this climate, winning elections isn’t enough. Endless Congressional hearings won’t be enough. Commandeering AI data centers and dismantling them won’t be enough. Every person on this planet will need to be shown the ultimate cost for attempting fascism again.

Wherever possible, its author The Heritage Foundation is happy to work with state governments to ram their agenda down America’s collective throat. That direction won’t change until states like Florida and Texas replace their governments with democracies.

I’m not saying “don’t celebrate our wins.” I’m saying “Understand for many of us, fighting fascism is now a lifetime assignment.”

While I’m certain many regular readers know this, reminders don’t hurt.

REMINDER: BLACKOUT THE SYSTEM STARTS NEXT WEEK.
25 November – 2 December 2025.

GO HERE to find out how you can participate. More from the Mass Blackout website:

The Mass Blackout is a nationwide economic action, coordinated across aligned organizations, calling Americans to:

  • Stop online or in-store shopping (except for small businesses)

  • Stop work

  • Stop streaming, cancel subscriptions, no digital purchases

  • Remove the regime

If you must spend: support small, local businesses only. Pay in cash.

We’re not targeting small businesses or communities—we’re targeting the corporate systems that profit from injustice, fuel authoritarianism, and crush worker power.

Next week, I planned to cover the Heritage Foundation’s Phoenix Declaration, which the state of Florida adopted to make public schools dens of Christian Nationalist religious indoctrination. There’s a lot of problematic language nobody’s covering, and I’d like to get to it before this thing spreads to other states.

I’ve already reordered my life to boycott the fascist United States. I’d also like to support this boycott, but my only option is not working.

What do you think? Can I work here to continue to educate readers next week and still support this boycott? Or should I shut down for a week? Please vote in the poll and let me know your preference.

You can also expand upon your vote in today’s comments.
